Im having a problem with patches please help!

I have been trying to fix this problem for days. I believe this is a problem with my patches I have windows 7. I cannot enter the kahal plains and often when playing I get a white screen that says (pintos online has stopped working). I also get a white screen during events ad i cannot see the event monsters and cannot purchase certain items from item merchant pey in roumen. I have reinstalled the client and patches several times and I am really looking forward to playing pintos because it is in my opinion the best private server out there but I cannot level up anymore because i cannot go to any hgh level areas which i believe has something to do with the patches. I would really apprieciate i if someone would help me with this problem thanks.

You need v33 patch.

I have already downloaded it and i just must be having trouble putting it in the correct place

I am really confused on how to do this and am not really good with computers. Could someone get on teamviewer with me and show me where to extract the files to im am really confused
