i did the promo test on my other char wich is and i had no problem but i made a new char and her name is and its not letting me choose the quest. please right back on this post with any solutions or suggestions i would really like to have a mage!

The Enchanter Master Wishis has to give you the quest. D: From what I know, it isn't bugged (yet).

the level 2x quest doesnt appear at wishis.
i guess it got glitched during the v9 patch.
