You keep your stats for sure, just don't use the stat reset pill later, because you'd lose them.

Rebirth:
Adds +10 to all stats (Str ### +75 is now Str ### +85)
All skills are reset tho, you have to redo them.
After rebirth your currently build is basically perminate.
(if u stat reset all rebirth'd points are gone forever.)
