My "Apology"

Well, tonight I was being yelled at by a player named ApoK for selling an OutSpark account. I had NEVER read anywhere in the rules that it was illegal, so I figured it was alright. Well, after a while of arguing, the dispute is settled and I stopped. After a bit of me talking with Wolftalker and Blizzard3435, I started getting disconnected. Well, I continously logged in, and got disconnect. It wasn't hard to tell I was getting kicked. So I made another account, and I got a whisper from Reverence asking this:
"Are you daikun?"
I beat around the bush for a second, knowing he was obviously kicking me. I tried to figure out why he was doing this, and he told me he had complaints from players/Isiah/GH or whoever he said, that I was selling an account. Well, he told me not to do that, I said the rules thing, blah blah, and he told me it was in the ToS. I hadn't heard/read this before, so I didn't know. I figured it was inappropriate that I had been dc'd so much even though I had stopped, so I figured I didn't need to apologize. Well, he told me to do it again, and I jokingly said:
"bish I do what I want D:<"
Well for the NEXT 5 minutes he kept kicking me. This time it was because of:
"Don't ever curse at authority. Period."
Well, after all that. He told me he wanted a written apology or he'd delete my account. Well, haha, I don't really know how I feel about this. He sits there and handles the situation TERRIBLY. Like, Instead of talking to me, automatically kicks me for pretty much 10 minutes.
And whilst writing this, I saw him warp to me. Well, I'm uploading screenshots so its ok. Very Happy

I don't even have a point to this thread. I'm not sure if I should apologize or not. If Fachita or someone who can handle this situation properly would please attempt to do so, then I'd be happy to issue a proper apology in that case. For the moment however, I apologize. Smile

You are able to sell ur Outspark players in PintosFiesta. We are not enemy of Outspark. Take a screen of this post and send it to him if ya want. I will send a PM to GM Rev about this. (He was just trying to do things right. dont blame him)

I agree with you Daiki. Fachita and Don are the only ones who handle situations right. Armakry staff aren't acting professional. Ever since they came in things have been going down hill in my perspective. I've had players say I would be a better staff member then any of them. An I help players from time to time which they say armakry staff members failed to give them valuable information about updates. They handle a lot of situations very very poorly. Daiki, in my opinion you shouldn't have to write this apology letter, it should be Reverense who should write an apology to you, and he is just a GM he DOES NOT have the right to delete your game account. I'd say its Isiah's right to do it. An no it wasn't against the ToS about what you did. So, this is a very poorly handled situation, nothing you did was against the ToS, I think Reverense should make an apology letter to you.

This is just my opinion on this.

Armakry Inc., as a company its their job to provide updates. Isiah is the one who chooses his staff members not Armakry. Isiah is the actual owner of this pserver. Thus he should choose his own staff. An as I said before, I was once recommended by Superman to be a GM. But as I understand I don't really have Isiahs trust so I expected to be turned down anyways.

I don't think the staff picked by Armakry shouldn't have GM Powers. The people who should have power should be picked by Isiah.

I apologize ladies and gentlemen. I didn't know it was aginst the situation.
And just to clear the water, I was indeed picked by Isiah to be a dev.
I apologize for any and all inconviniences, and I assure you it won't happen again.
On a side note, It's never ok to curse at an authority figure ok?
