Pintos.exe dont work anymore!

Hi,
When i play Pintos there every time comes a error message like Pintos.exe dont work anymore!
So whenever I play comes this error message and I have to restart the game!
Usually happens that 20 mins after i logged in . Sometimes it happens every 2 minutes or a few seconds later.
Always Different.

Why ?

Can i download the full client again or i should i patch it??

I had same problem before.. after i patched the game it was fixed :3

And i only have to extract them on the pintos folder?

Okey i finished all updates!

But now i cant logg in with my lvl 114 cleric.
Why??

If i creat a new char i CAN log in in the game.
But with my old char there comes a white screen if i klick on logg in !!!

omg?? Why?
