100% enhancement success

umm well before the server wipe, doesnt really matter now but i was making my lvl 110 xbow +9 and i got to +8 then it broke..... it said tis 100% enhancement rate for all tiers. i hope this was jsut me and if not that its fixed before servers go back up. thanks

i got my bow to +9 but maybe its like 99,9% chance of succes and besides its so cheap with 110 bow and making elrues lix xirs go fast

Actually it is %97 from +8 to +9 >.<
