Deleted Account/Lost Karen Axe!

1 - 2 years ago I was playing this wonderful private server of fiesta which is called Pintos Online! It was some happy moments until i quit for a while.... When i came back, I was so happy and wanned to see my Karen Axe.
WoW ERROR! Please check ID or Password.!!!!! OMG WHATS WITH MY ACCOUNT!!! I created a new account with the same username i USED to have. Then i create my new character and i wanned to make sure maybe i used another username then. I tryed to create a character called StormKnight which was my old characters name(proof in the end of this video made by me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgseLONzAoc), the character name was not taken!! So both my account and character is deleted!! So i lost both a great character and a real cash payed Karen Axe. The video is the proof for me. Please restore my old character or atleast give me my karen axe to StormKnight... All my proof until now is that video i mentioned b4 that was made by me. If you need any other proof feel free to ask and i will try my best to proove u how unfairly treated i am!

About a year ago, there was a server reset and everyone lost their accounts including all items on the accounts. These items are non-refundable.

am not one of the richest people of the world. It really meant a lot to me that Karen Axe and they one day just cause the like it delete everything... Its no forgivable...

This server had a back up few month ago means: All accounts were gone...i'm serious ALL
To solve your problem:
1. Create a new char and lvl it ;P
2. Talk to Isiah if he doesnt answer turn to step 3.
3. If you want your Karens back you need a proof that u bought it and send it as a email to isiah!
4. Be patient
