Lvl 20 Job Change(Kebings Missing)

I Believe the only way to solve this is a server restart, correct? I have patch V9 and V33, The Kebings wont spawn, and the Gate wont open, Ive tried so many times on both my mage and archer Q.Q

You know, this is just the same with me, i asked GM in game and the server needs a restart, so all the bugs will be deleted lol!
