My problem is that when i enter the game everything was good but it goes wrong when i enter, I log in click my character but it said Server is under Maintain please try again later. I try again later many time but it still saying the same thing. Is the server under mantain or something?? or it just broke??

The server is not broken and it is not under mantain. The server sometimes have a daily restart or something or maybe a Server Check. It usually takes like maybe for 2-3 hours. Maybe you logged in at the wrong time. Try again like around 5pm.

mines different it just says failed to connect to world server. do you know what that means?
