How to make account for Pintos??

I have registered here and really dont know what to do next.. Have downloaded game and patches... have all that working. What do I used to sign in to play the game?? What step am I missing?? I have went to "pintosonline.servegame.com" and that does nothing, just a generic pop up screen that has nothing related to this game. Please Help!!!!!!
