I play on Pintos Online and I have a Wizard lvl110. But I didn't use skill like Metamorphosis, summon... What can I do to use them?

as you know Pintos online i mean almost all the lvl100 skills are not yet fix the other skills were still bug just like blink, tomhawk, summon, flamewalker, metamorphosis, and etc.
