Error 'Text Data Initialize Fail!' Help anyone?

Okay, when I press the launcher it goes white screened and comes up with an error 'Text Data Initialize Fail!' And I would like to know how to fix it. Any ideas anyone?

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Also, my antivirus is off and it still doesn't work.
