Hello Pintos Support.
Today 12-06-2014 i tried to enter into the game with the launcher, i tried to remember my name and password but i did not. I managed to find it and when i tried login with it, it said "Account not found". I tried reseting my password and it still doesn't work... I had alot of good characters on some account, i think it was this one or it might been another... If it was this one can you look if i have any characters on it.. If not is there any way i can retrieve my account with only my email? I really hope i can find my lovely characters from long ago.. I really wanna get back into this game, been too long ago.
