It has been a +8 T4 mage hat. :C I thought that the refine success rate should be 100%? o.o Or has it been changed?

srry friend T.T but the succes rate in +9 is aprox 90-97%

It's not a problem, I'm already full +9. xD I just haven't known that it isn't 100%. x]

upgrade 1-7 100% 8-9 90-97%

99.25% ( +8 - +9 )

Yeh its not 100% i did enchant my items yesterday i broky my whole set it shouldent be possible >.< but there is lol some are more unlucky than others.
