20 lvl change job quest

Hello.
At start im really sory for my bad englisch.

I have problem witch 20 lvl change job quest.

I have one mage lvl 113 and i normal do this quest but i wanna play now a archer and when i join this quest fight witch my clon and go up steirs i not have there a kebbing...
So door won't be open...

I have that "bug" at fighter too...
I do SS but i can't found them's

But i think u guys can help me witch out SS.
My problem i that=i don't have monsters at job change quest.

Pls help.

i do that quest a lot of times and i helped to others to do that when they have that problem (obvious they need give me her account for can do it ) :3
