| Ok for new people on pintos..you take your lvl 20 promotion from your master. You dont have to go to shutian just read the comment of Xshiro that its much helpful thanks! also lvl 60 job change you take it from roumen,Level 80 job change its not necessary just go ahead up to level 110 and then go to pintos website and do your jobchange from there.. have a nice pintos day

| this is no technical problem first at all if you played offical Fiesta Outspark or the German Fiesta Online then you know that Shutian doesn´t gives out the 20 Job Change Quest. Only the Skillmasters are giving out these Quest.
i will give you a list were you have to go:
(they are all in roumen)
Mages -> Wishis
Fighter -> Marty
Archer -> Daikin
Cleric -> Keast
