Need help, totally bugged

i'am full of buggs or miss patches, idk >.< looking for someone who can help me . german would be nice, but if not, i try to explain my problems in english ^^

okay hi im german you can write german with me

was sind denn deine probleme??

1. i see the people who dance all glitched.
2. I can't see the Hairs "Deluxe". When i walk trough Roumen i often see people with only a half head ^^
3.If i go to Vietree to change my Look and i want to use the Deluxe Hairs,Face and Colors and change these Settings it says that its done and when i log in than, nothing is changed and i have my old look.
4. I often see green Horses "Pegasus" and Basecaps,but when i go to Pey, none of them are in there

Now i delete the Game and all the Patches and downloaded it again and i hope that its done ~.~

habe ich es neuinstalliert...

die buggs werden wahrscheinlihc schon bald gefixt... aber genaues kann ih dir dazu nicht sagen sry...

gestern war der server auch auf wartung weil Isyha die bugs fixen musste

hoffe ich konnte hefen

No, it wasnt the Link- Cap. but a Basecap. Thanks again for your Help When the server is up i'll try again and i hope it works

i have patched my client but i cant find them :O
