have a problem cant create new char...miss i patch or samething?

Please be more detailed. If you meen, when you press "Ok" and nothing happens, don't worry. It's just loading. Just wait. And the character will be created soon.

Sometimes just straight on name your characters and click okay. It ended up loading faster than choosing from that small customization list.
