Sorry but when i enter in the shadow doungeon ( lvl 20 change job ) i can't continue because They are not the first 2 kevings to kill help me plz :C i can't continue playing because i have this problem :C

i need help i cant do job change im already a level 72 and i cant what can i do i think the quests have a bug or somthing.......
