Blink skill (error).

Hi. =) I am a lvl 120 mage after the 3rd job change. In Item Merchant Nina there are many skills available to buy, including Blink (a 110+ mage skill). I've bought it, but I can't learn it. When I right click on the skill scroll, it displays an error on the command box: "1xxx [number here, I don't remember it]: an unidentified error has occured. Is it possible to fix it? :c
