dark continent

can someone help? i cant go to dark continent. every time i try the game stops working and shuts down on me. i was told that i need patch 9 but i have redownloaded everything from game client to the patches 3 times and installed them too. i dont know what to to anymore T.T i have windows vista 32 bit if that matters
