| So I was +9'ing some gear and it broke... Wdf is up with that? Isn't it no break 100% on this server? I can enchance 10 items to +9 without messing up once and then it messes up once and breaks. I have ss to prove it. What is going on? Can I get a refund for this or something? I've wasted a total of 6 of each t4 stone! Edit: It broke again at +9. | Well the succses rate from +8 to +9 is, i think only 99% or 98%  | |

I know, I found that out the hard way. My only issue; is how can I enhance like 15 items to +9 with out messing up once then breaking 4 in a row. | |
